Ashtanga Vinyasa - The original vinyasa system! You’ll create heat in the body with Sun Salutations, then move into standing & seated postures, backbends and inversions. A true full body workout – inside and out. This class is offered in Short Form (60 min), Full Primary Series (90 min), and Mysore formats (student can come and go within the open practice time).  

Budokon Yoga- Budokon style yoga is a modern yoga style which unites the ancient tradition of self inquiry with modern mixed movement. Budokon Yoga was codified and popularized by Cameron Shayne beginning in 2001. Synchronizing classical yoga with martial arts, calisthenics, animal locomotion and life science, the purpose of this class is to gain muscular strength, cardiovascular stamina, and joint mobility. 

Power Vinyasa – Challenge, strength & stretch - you’ll find it all in this practice! We link the the postures with breath and music to create a sense of flow and mindfulness in motion. Be prepared to sweat!

Renew & Restore - A slower-paced restorative style of yoga with postures that are held for longer periods of time—the holds may range from 45 seconds to five minutes or more to work into the deep connective tissue and fascia of the body. Beneficial for athletes of all disciplines to reset the body and mind.

Strengthen & Stretch– Don’t we all need a little of this? You’ll build strength in the first half of class with standing postures and flows and then move towards the floor for deeper stretch and restorative work towards the end, followed by a yummy Savasana and you’re all good!

Yoga Basics - Welcome to yoga! This practice is designed to introduce you to the most commonly taught postures of Ashtanga Vinyasa and Vinyasa Flow. This class will build your practice and give you the confidence to move into deeper work as your body opens up. The brand-new yogi will find a safe place to land; the experienced yogi can enjoy this class as a refresher for their practice and explore postures in a slower format.
