Slow Flow/ Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a state in which the body is completely relaxed, and the practitioner becomes systematically and increasingly aware of the inner world. It is among the deepest possible states of relaxation while still maintaining full consciousness. It is said that the rest the practitioners gets in one hour of yoga nidra is equivalent to four hours of regular sleep!

Michele Mallory will take you through 45 minutes of slow yoga flow to warm the body and encourage relaxation. Debbie Burch will then guide you through 45 minutes of yummy Nidra. Be prepared to be pampered! It's a #youdate
