The 108 Sun Salutations are traditionally practiced at solstice and equinox to mark the change of the seasons. This practice is a wonderful way to clear out the old and make space for the new. We teach this moving meditation in four sets of 27 Sun Salutations, with a brief rest and stretch in between each set. This practice typically takes one hour 15 to one hour 30 minutes. All levels welcome.
