Learn and practice mindfulness meditation to calm your mind and body. Meditation can help with a wide range of mental and physical health conditions. These sessions are geared for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. Debbie Burch will provide a brief "how-to" followed by two short meditation sessions and Q&A. This meeting is great if you've wanted to give meditation a try, and need a good way to start.
