dWI pADA Yoga Studio Classes
Ashtanga Vinyasa - A set series of postures beginning with the Sun Salutations, moving forward into standing & seated postures, inversions and backbends. Most flow styles of modern yoga originate from this traditional practice.
Power Vinyasa– This high-intensity class brings you the breath and moving meditation of Vinyasa Flow yoga paired with strength work and dynamic movement. You’ll receive added cardiovascular benefits and increase both physical and emotional strength in the process.
Vinyasa Flow – In this practice, the asanas (postures) are linked intricately with the breath. We join the body and the breath in moving meditation, creating focused attention to one posture, one breath, and one movement at a time.
Slow Flow - This practice of postures uses an extended inhalation & exhalation to bring subtle awareness to sensation in the poses. This all-levels class will challenge experienced yogis, however, is especially beginner friendly as the moves are practiced at a slower pace.
Restore & Renew - A slower-paced style of yoga with postures that are held for longer periods of time—the holds may range from 45 seconds to five minutes or more to work into the deep connective tissue and fascia of the body. Beneficial for athletes of all disciplines.
