All of our classes are open to students of all levels. As much as you may be inspired by someone else in class, you also are an inspiration to someone else! All classes are first-come, first-served, so please register on MINDBODY ahead of class and show up 10-15 minutes early to get settled. Classes are limited to 30 students.
Vinyasa Flow is a strong physical practice but first and foremost, it is a practice of the breath. We join the body and the breath in moving meditation, creating focused attention to one posture, one breath, one movement at a time, an art that is being lost in our “multi-tasking” world.
This high-intensity class brings you the breath and moving meditation of Vinyasa Flow yoga paired with strength work and dynamic movement. You’ll receive added cardiovascular benefits and increase strength - both physically as well as mentally & emotionally.
Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is the practice developed and taught by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois (1915-2009). It is a set series of postures beginning with the Sun Salutations, and moves forward into both standing and seated postures, inversions and backbending postures. Most power flow and vinyasa flow styles of modern yoga originate from the practice of Ashtanga Vinyasa.
Renew & Restore
This practice is based on Yin yoga which is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures that are held for longer periods of time—from 45 seconds to five minutes or more. This class works into the deep connective tissue and fascia of the body and is beneficial for athletes of all disciplines. This is also a great class for students for whom the up and down of a vinyasa style class is a challenge.
